Suggestion: Allow us to Annouce our skill bar.
I've searced the threads so if this already has a suggestion somewhere link me to it. If not hear me out.
A very time consuming thing I find while in the tombs and working out our groups skill is typing out the skill bar. You can read them out with TS or Vent but it can be hard to hear and you can scroll up to check it later.
Could we please have a command to annouce our current skilbar to the team or at least allow us to Cntrl-Click our skills in town just to annouce them?
Updated:
A new suggestion here. A way to improve and make this Idea more useful. There is currently another post of mine about an International Temple of Ages
In breif it's a post suggestiong a zone that requires at least one person from each region to enter. Obviously one of the major problems with this is the language barrier. Announcing the skillbar could be a great way to help this problem.
Example. You have a German player in you group you can't understand. He annoucnes his skilbar. You like the looks of it but you want to suggest that he trades that Rebirth for a Resserection Signet.
If there were a way to Re-Annouce the skillbar back at him with the Ressuerection Signet in place of Rebirth it would help with the language barrier (Not much i'll agree but it's a start.)
Maybe a Suggest Function in which you get a glossary with ALL of the Guild Wars skills in it (No descriptions, Just names and icons) and A tempory skill bar you can drap and drop them into.
Example:
You type /suggest.
A new window comes up. You choose War/Monk for the class combination.
You drag and drop the skills from the list into the skill bar.
You choose the players name from your party list. (Since you might not have the symbols on your keyboard.)
The message is displayed to the team "Fritz Monkblitzer, How about <Insesrt first 7 skills here> Rebirth?"
Fritz could then agree or disagree or maybe suggest another alternative.
Sorry to expand on the post like this but it's hard to suggest a new function that would work best with a function that doesn't exist yet.
Update: New GUI for Skillsets!
Ah now this is a MUCH more detailed way to suggest skills to other players! Please check this link! Concept art really helps.

Nice idea that'd be pretty handy, a command for the whole skill bar preferably.

This would come in handy, esp for PUGs and people that don't use VOIP.

Can't count the number of times this feature would have saved in getting a group together, and organized for missions, arenas, UW/FoW, etc.

Has been brought up before, and as usual I'll put down my name for support. I hate typing out my build to my team in-game, I hate reading it up on TS, it would even be helpful to allow ctrl-clicking each skill individually in towns to announce you're carrying them. Why can I tell my team which weapons I'm carrying, but not my skillset, which is far more important for them to know?

Ooh, superb idea. Even better than the skill window one because this is simple to make and would be purely optional. If it could announce your weapon sets, it would be more useful still.

At first I was thinking it really wouldn't matter if they had this or not, but then remembering all the times I have to tell people over and over what skills I use, especially as a monk, I would really like this idea too.

This would really help for when you have a PUG and you're trying to organize before you start the mission.
BTW, if you Ctrl+Click your weapon sets down in the right corner, it will say "I an wielding a Fiery Short Bow of Defense" or whatever you have.
